In The Happy Classroom, we help teachers show kids how to live their best, happy lives throughout any season of life. We do this by teaching about the “keys” for living a happy life. You can watch our video lesson on these keys here, or read more below.
Key #1 Being Confidently, Uniquely Us
We believe that each of us is made up of unique attributes, skills, passions, culture, interests, and more. We can be our best selves through self-acceptance- being proud of who we are and confident in the goodness we bring to the world.
This self-acceptance helps us to learn to appreciate and celebrate the uniqueness in others!
Key #2 Making Healthy Choices
Being healthy means exercising healthy choices for our bodies, hearts, and minds. In this unit, we help kids learn more about their complex physical, emotional, and mental health.
We help them build awareness of their health, and to choose habits that can help them feel their best.
